HOW DO I BOOK MY HELICOPTER FLIGHT?
Experify Ltd provides helicopter experiences throughout the year on designated days. Please plan in advance to ensure availability, if you wish to fly on a particular day, please check availability prior to purchasing by emailing the team on email@example.com. Booking may be done in two simple ways.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a date and time for your flight. Please ensure that you send the following details: • Full Names of Passengers • Experience title and Voucher number(s) • Email address • Contact mobile number • Passenger weights • Preferred date and time of flying
2. Online Booking-Reservations are available on all helicopter experiences. Simply click the Book Now button after purchasing your flight package. Please note that this is a reservation request and a member of the team will approve your booking within 72 hours, once both parties have agreed this, you will receive a final confirmation of your experience. WHAT WILL AFFECT MY FLIGHT?
Experify LTD reserves the right to postpone your flight in the event of poor weather, Air Traffic restrictions, or circumstances beyond their control. As aviation requires good weather conditions; the Flight Schedule is subject to cancellation at short notice.
WHO MAKES THE FINAL DECISION ON THE FLIGHT?
The Pilot/ associated authorities will make the final decision on whether a flight shall or shall not go ahead. This decision is made on the morning of all flights. You are required to call before arriving to the aerodrome.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT GETS CANCELLED?
Should your flight be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, your voucher will be valid for a further 3 months. We would kindly ask you to email/ contact us directly to reschedule your flight on email@example.com. The Carrier shall not be liable for any expenses incurred from changes or cancellations to the Flight Schedule due to operational circumstances.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT?
You may postpone your flight on condition that you give Experify a minimum of 7 working days notice prior to the date of flight, otherwise you will be expected to attend your flight at the agreed date and time. If the pilot deems the weather suitable to fly and your preference is not to, unfortunately your voucher will be void and the flight will go ahead as scheduled.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO ARRIVE DUE TO ILLNESS AT SHORT NOTICE?
Unfortunately, we operate with a structured flight schedule and whilst we do our utmost to be compassionate, there are instances where we are not able to do anything and the scheduled flight will still go ahead. For instance, shared flights will not be able to be changed at short notice. If we are able to accommodate your reschedule request we can do so with an admin surcharge of £25 per seat.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY FLIGHT?
Should you be late for whatever reason, the flight will depart without you and you will lose your seat. In these circumstances your voucher will be void and non refundable or transferable. We require passengers to arrive 30-Minutes before your flight as this is ample time to check-in. Please be advised that we strongly advise you to plan your journey prior to arrival to avoid any unexpected delays, as we will not be able to hold your flight for you.
IF MY FLIGHT GETS CANCELLED, CAN I RESCHEDULE? DOES IT COST?
We would kindly ask you to email the team to rebook your desired date on firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no charge for the rescheduling of flights, if Experify have had to cancel your flight due to circumstances beyond our control.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY FLIGHT IF IT IS PASSED THE VOUCHER EXPIRY DATE?
If your voucher is due to expire and you have not made contact with us to book in for a date, then we will do our best to accommodate within the time frame. Should there not be the availability, you can extend your voucher for an additional £25, which will extend it for a further 3-Months. If however, the expiry date has exceeded, the voucher will become void.
WHAT HAPPENS TO A JOINT EXPERIENCE VOUCHER?
If you have purchased an experience that combines two different experiences, for example a helicopter flight with overnight stay, helicopter flight with afternoon tea, helicopter flight and driving experience. You a required to partake in the experience despite a last minute change and/or cancellation to your helicopter flight, unless the decision to not be able to fly has been made with 7 days notice. HOW DO I CHECK MY FLIGHT IS GOING AHEAD?
It is imperative to contact the Team on the morning of the flight to ensure that it is going ahead. The telephone number to call on flight days is provided within your confirmation email. It is YOUR responsibility to confirm your flight with us before arriving at the Aerodrome. LINES OPEN FROM 9 AM.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
We require the all passenger to print out their voucher (as purchased via our partner merchants) in addition to the confirmation from Experify. All London flights require photographic Identification in accordance with CAA regulations. On the day this will be photocopied.

FLIGHT TIMES AND ROUTES
Every measure is taken to ensure that the flight time and flight route presented is carried out. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, some flight routes may need to be amended on the day. Flight times may vary depending on external conditions.
CAN I BRING PEOPLE WITH ME ON THE DAY?
Spectators are welcome, however, we must be informed first. Spectator passes are charged per person. Please see add-ons for details or discuss with a member of the team at the time of booking, prior to flying.
WHAT ARE THE WEIGHT FLYING RESTRICTIONS?
The maximum weight is 17 stone (108kg) please contact the Carrier if over 15 Stone (95 Kg). This weight capacity applies to our R44’S, EC120’S, EC130’S. On R22’S the maximum weight capacity is 16st. Details of weights must be submitted prior to flying. We reserve the right to refuse flights if the maximum weight is exceeded. Please discuss any queries with Experify LTD prior to purchase.
ARE THERE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS I NEED TO BE MINDFUL OF WHEN FLYING?
Any passengers suffering from a medical condition to which they have a query are advised to contact their Doctor before flying i.e. any recent heart condition, fitting/seizure.
Any female passenger in the later stages of pregnancy should consult their doctor before flying. The Carrier makes every effort to help Disabled Charterers. You must inform Experify LTD at the time of booking.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO FLY?
(By law Children from 2 years old must have their own seat when flying in a helicopter).
CAN I DO ANYTHING TO COMMEMORATE A SPECIAL OCCASIONS?
We specialise in marriage proposals, important birthday, anniversary and other celebratory occasions with a personable and dedicated team. Additional treats/cakes/ catering and bouquets of flowers may be ordered, please discuss this prior to your flight, to ensure that we can make your occasion as special as it deserves to be.
THINGS TO KNOW.
The Carrier shall not be liable for any expenses incurred from changes or cancellations to the Flight Schedule due to operational circumstances.
If for any reason the Aircraft is diverted from any airfield or destination shown in the Flight Schedule to another airfield or destination, the journey to the said airfield or destination shall be deemed to be complete when the Aircraft arrives at the other airfield. It should be noted that any Charterer failing to take their confirmed flight renders the Agreement completed. In the event of the Flight Schedule being cancelled by us, then the Agreement remains and will be rebooked for a mutually convenient date.
Whilst every precaution is taken for the safety of the Charterer, the Carrier cannot be held liable for the loss, damage or injury, which does not result from the Carrier's negligence. Those wishing to take cameras and other photographic equipment on the flight do so entirely at their own risk. Experify Ltd has the right to change location if necessary, to ensure that your flight can still take place. In the event of any such postponement your voucher remains valid for a further 3 months from the date of the cancelled flight. The captain of the Aircraft shall have absolute discretion to: Refuse any passenger(s), baggage or cargo or any part thereof. Decide what load may be carried on the Aircraft and how it should be distributed. Decide whether and when the flight schedule may be safely undertaken and where and when the aircraft should be landed. Chartered Flights
CANCELLATION CHARGES Less than 7 days, but more than 48 hours before the time of the first flight – 25% of Charter Price Less than 48 hours before time of first flight – 50% of Charter Price Less than 24 hours before time of first flight – 75% of Charter Price Cancellations at or after scheduled departure time of first flight (No Show) – 100% of Charter Price. If the flight is sub-chartered outside of the Experify fleet then the Carrier’s specific cancellation terms will be notified to the Charterer before the flight and those charges will be applied. In the event that the Charterer has paid part of the Charter Price, Experify shall on termination return to the Charterer the balance of such monies after the deduction of such sum as is due under the Termination Clause. Important Notes to Charters: 1. Please note that when the London Heliport, Battersea, is utilised; parking charges apply once the helicopter has been on the ground for more than 10 minutes. If incurred, these will be re-charged to the customer at cost £300 per hour as at 01/05/10 (subject to change without prior notification). Surcharges also apply at the London Heliport, Battersea, before 0730L and after 1930L. 2. Standard Experify Terms and Conditions apply – copy available on request 3. Bookings are subject to airport / helicopter slot allocations and landing permissions, where applicable. Additional charges may be incurred due to timing /date changes, passenger changes / delays and additional flying incurred at the client’s request 4. Bookings are accepted subject to confirmation that the proposed landing site is suitable for helicopter operations for the type of helicopter to be supplied for the task 5. We reserve the right to pass on to the charterer any increases imposed on the Company by third party suppliers for services such as landing fees, handling charges, equipment hire in the event that said increases have been imposed between the date of the original quotation and the completion date of the task 6. We reserve the right to use the aircraft for other tasks during any unutilised periods. 7. Experify are not responsible for customs / immigration clearances or approvals, although every attempt will be made to meet the requirements of the client 8. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure timings and destinations are adhered to, the final decision for the safe operation of the aircraft remains at the discretion of the captain. 9. If, prior to the flight commencing, the captain determines that the agreed route cannot be guaranteed due to bad weather, or the flight cannot be commenced due to weather conditions, a full refund will be given. Experify cannot be held responsible for any compensation or damages as a result of the flight not proceeding as planned. If the Charterer wishes to start the flight, or the aircraft is positioned at the Charterer’s request, and the flight is subsequently diverted or abandoned due to bad weather, any costs incurred will be charged to the Charterer. 10. We will endeavour to assist with ground transportation wherever requested. However, we do not accept responsibility for timings, missed flights or any other problems resultant from these arrangements. 11. The amount of baggage permitted on a flight will vary according to the type of aircraft, number / weight of passengers and the length of the flight. Please check baggage limits before your flight. Baggage should, wherever possible, be soft bags / holdalls. Baggage’s hold capacity / space is limited. A limited number of hard suitcases may be taken on each flight, subject to aircraft type. The pilot’s decision is final. 12. Payment is required with cleared funds prior to all flights unless agreed otherwise. Payment may be made by cheque (payable to Experify LTD), BACS (please transmit funds at least five days before the flight to ensure funds are cleared), debit card or credit card. 13. Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 2.75% for Visa / MasterCard and 3.5% for American Express / Diners Club. 14. Payments by BACS or International Bank Transfer are to be made without any deductions for bank charges or funds transmission fees. 15. Prices are quoted excluding VAT. VAT will be added at the rate prevailing on the date of the flight.
